New owners will be responsible to bring all property up to code. Please check with campground office for any dues that might need paid at the time of purchase. Any and all past dues must be brought up to date upon purchase. The annual dues at Woodland for the 2025 season are $730 for first lot with or without trailer and $365 for other lots with no campers. There is also a $100 electrical assessment charge per member per year.
Reminder: In order to transfer property to your name you must obtain a Quit Claim Deed.
